3/04/2026 Walking to Kings Lock from Blaby.

Grey clouds are gathering but we are prepared.

     Off we go past a factory resplendent in its new livery.

                                   

Under a walkway tunnel with old grafiti.

Up the slope towards the canal.

Canal locks newly refurbished.

The nature reserve showing off its spring floribunda.

First bluebells seen this year.

On to the canal and towards Kings Lock cafe.

Delicious bacon butties.

  We had a great time, now for the journey back.

                                      

Back on to the lock and off to Blaby via the canal walk.
