25th Sept 2026 Enderby Walk and 50th wedding anniversary.

Well it was a special anniversary so we all celebrated it along with the happy couple.

We're sure that they will enjoy their surprise gift.

Congratulations to you both.

PS As well as celebrating we did manage to do a little walk too.

18th Sept walking around KIBWORTH.

 Seven stiles but no cows, just a few sheep.

Our usual leader is enjoying a few days in The Cotswolds this week. Rumours of them consulting with Harry and Megan have not been confirmed.

Several of us went to check out Friday’s walk yesterday.  There are seven stiles, some have trip wires (electric fences) associated with them so care is required. 

At the end of the walk we will have coffee/tea/cake./sandwiches etc. in the café.

We start from Wistow at 10:30 am. 

If you want to join us for coffee we should finish the walk just after 12:30pm.

As usual about 5 miles

4th Sept 2026 Macmillan's moved to Cosby

 No walk, very damp so we all went to the village hall at Cosby and had loads of CAKE !!!

Big thank you to our organiser.
