Hi all, 

Bluebell Walk Friday 28/4/2023.

We shall be walking from Burroughs Woods car park, near to Ratby Woods. 

Might be a bit damp 

Well it did rain and it was wet under foot so the route was changed a little so as not to become bogged down on some of the more difficult parts of the route.

The cameras were out immediately getting glimpses of  bluebells.

Just keep soaking up the views.

Then we encountered some sticky patches.

Muddy paths

Back to a more acceptable route.

      Then we had to slide out of the woods.                            

Well just like a lot of kids, we did have a bit of fun!

                        

Back on dry land.

Over the golf course heading for our coffee stop in the club house.

Well that was good. We chose a different route back.

Last look at the bluebells at Ratby for this season.

Happy birthday was sung with gusto for our two of our group who were celebrating big birthdays.

What a surprise, nobody told me it was my birthday!

Really didn't expect this.

Enjoy all your celebrations and now for the cake.

And there were lots of cakes

They all look really good - YUMM !!
