Dismal, dull and cold but not a wet day. First an update on one of our walking friends. Getting better all the time hopefully meeting us for coffee at the White Horse when we have our break
We set off from the lay-by on the B4114 heading for the White Horse in Broughton Astley.

Off we go - fields seem to be drying out.

Top of the hill in sight.

A bit smelly around here - to be expected - it is a farmyard.

Our three photographers.
It's a new flower arranging workshop we think.
The church gardens been tidied up
Fish have been replaced in the pond.
Halfway break - they're always very accommodating at the White Horse
Good to catch up with our recovering walking buddy.
That's it, on our way back.
Got to watch the traffic around here. A lot of it about due to road closures and diversions.
Back in the country where we like to be.
Good walk, no rain to speak of, everybody happy
See you all next week,
