28th April 2017 Bluebell walk Burroughs Woods. near Ratby. Approx 4 miles.

After parking at Burroughs Woods all nineteen walkers set off to see the show.

Tree lined paths to start with.

Then into the woods and bluebells were here, there and everywhere.

It gets even better.

Out of one section of the woods and into another.

Just making sure everyone is here.

This trunk has a bit of a sad face.

More bluebells.

Are they as good as last year? We all seem to come up with the same answer -YES.

We continued the walk up towards the golf course.

We came across a recently felled tree.

Thinking outside of the box.

A picture with a difference.

 Watch out for flying balls.

On towards a well earned cup of coffee/tea.

And maybe the odd scone or two.

Organising a groupy.

Back to the car park over the golf course by a slightly different route.

More photographs of more bluebells.

An excellent day out - we always look forward to our annual bluebell walk - and it never disappoints.
