31/5/24 Walking from B4114 lay by to the White Horse at Broughton Astley and return.

Weather not brilliant for the end of May, on the cool side but at least it wasn't raining.

Chewing the cud and pleased to say very docile.

A new arrival and mum.  Dad was charging around, on guard making sure his family was safe.  We didn't stop long enough to capture a picture of him.

Let's hope this iconic tree survives better than its cousin in the North East.

Happy bunch on the way to the pub.

Guess where we are and no clues given.

Walking through the church yard.

Groupie

What have we here?

Goldfish.

Ducks.

St Mary's Church at Broughton Astley.

A cosy gathering in the White Horse, they're always very accommodating here.

Maybe not too much at lunch time?

And on or way back, a groupie.

and another.

See you all next week.
