6/6/2025 walking from Blaby to Countesthorpe.

                                       

It started to pour down as soon as we started off, fortunately everybody was prepared.

                              
                          

Then the sun came out after the woodland walk. So everything was fine.

                                  

The fox dried out pretty quickly like us.

  

Through the housing estate at Countesthorpe.

Leisurely break on the outside terrace at Cherry Lane, the local garden centre. 

And then it started to rain again, so we found seats inside.  A bit late for April showers?

Well I never, who let you in?

Its mates arrived.

Time to go.

Finally on our way.

At first we thought this tree may have been wrapped up for winter but after looking at the leafless branches at the top, maybe it's undergoing treatment for some bug problem.
