13/06/2025 Cosby to Broughton Astley via Cottage Lane then back to Cosby over the fields.

Very warm this morning and going to get hotter by all accounts.

No farm stock in this field pleased to say.

Not very clear, but showing a pineapple plant, it really does smell of pineapple.

Always a little cooler in the old railway tunnel.

Out of the shade and back into the sun.

Onto Cottage Lane towards Broughton Astley.

Cow parsley or if you come from the North, old man's baccy.

On our way back to Cosby and a few short as they went home on the bus to avoid the heat.

Crops are growing well despite the lack of rain.
