We all went and parked at The Cock Inn, Peatling Magna. As you can see it was nice bright day, ideal for walking. Unfortunately, because the weather had not been so kind the previous few days we had to choose a tarmacked path. No worries, as you can see from the pictures everybody enjoyed themselves.
We met the usual crowd as we walked along, including two very friendly dogs.
When we got to Foston Church we got a surprise as it was their Flower Festival so we all enjoyed a good look around.
After viewing the flowers at Foston Church we set off back the way we came. Everybody agreed that we would have our coffee and tea at our local cafe in Cosby.
The scones, cream and jam were good too.
