5/8/2022 Walking around the fields on the outskirts of Cosby.

A few clouds around today, nothing to worry about, it doesn't seem to rain in Cosby anymore, we really do need some though.

Joined on our walk today by two enthusiastic explorers, fresh from climbing Mount Snowdon.

Into the first field which had been cut a couple of days ago.

Next field uncut.

Looks a bit parched, not a normal English scene.

Crossing Croft Road on the way out of Cosby.

A few brambles to test us over the stile.

All over avoiding the brambles.

That's the way we're going, dark skies ahead and maybe rain?

As we approach the top, the cloud is still here, but no rain.

Around the corner another stile.

At the bottom of this field there's another stile. Good job we do our exercises in the mornings.

No problem for the climbers amongst us.

A sort of group photo then off to the allotments over another stile.

Just one more stile to go. 🤞

This is the way to do it!

Cosby allotments looking pretty good despite the lack of rainfall.

Back in Cosby we had drinks and biscuits on the green and ice creams for our special guests.

Someone brought cake, always happy to eat cake, thank you.  😊

Lovely walk, think we all really enjoyed it.
