October 6th walk from Dunton Bassett to Ashby Parva

A little bit chillier today, although the sun was shining through.

Everyone about ready to move, just a few chatting away, we'll start very soon.

Well as soon as we all are pointed in the right direction.

Think we are going now, no rush, pub doesn't open till 12.00 noon.

Mushrooms, a more antique looking type.

A lovely Leicestershire country lane, normally without too much traffic.

A stop for a break and catch-up.

At the pub, The Hollybush in Ashby Parva.

Very pleasant break, now all we have to do is walk back in the afternoon sunshine.

Not much traffic around

More mushrooms, a more Heraldic type, helmets rather than Antique looking.

Very pleasant stroll and a natter.

Nosy dogs love to bark when it suits them.

A break on the way back, going uphill and but still smiling.

Back into Dunton Bassett. The cars are just around the corner.

Great walk, good weather, what more could anybody want on a Friday morning.

See everybody next week. Going to be extra special, cannot wait.
